The CEO, Lisa Jones-Blocker, has been sitting on this idea since 1999. Yes, she had a vision about entrepreneurship for children way back when. Yes, she was definitely ahead of herself but many years later things have somewhat caught up.

Her idea was to create educational, fun video content for the underserved african american communities. But then bells went off in her head when she added the entrepreneurial component to her idea and she new she had something special. Her vision is to motivate, educate, inspire, and empower the children to be Successful (Success Kids) in all areas of life from education, life situations, relationships with the emphasis on planting the seeds at an early age to become entrepreneur.  This is where the entrepreneurial motivational cd "Training The Brain for Success" for born.
